It depends on what fits into your schedule. This is about YOU! How much time do you want to dedicate to yourself? How much of your day is spent tending to everyone else? We would recommend at least 60-90 minutes. However, we can create a daily ritual for as little as 3 minutes that will begin to change your world along with other mindset changes.
IS THIS A QUICK FIX?
Healing is a life long journey. You may have big changes along the way or small ones. That is determined by your commitment to self. What fun is there in just taking a pill and it all goes away? At bee the GLOW it is about the journey not the destination.
WHERE DO WE MEET?
We meet via Zoom. We recommend you have quiet uninterrupted space. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, notebook, water or tea and a pillow for your tush. Maybe even light a candle or favorite incense. Make this your sacred space for your daily practice.
