Conscious Breathing is a new experience for many. It is rewarding and beneficial for those who are ready to release the subconscious gunk that has been hindering them from rising to their true essence.
Sessions can be 90 minutes to 2.5 hours and will be in person. In the privacy of your own home.

During the session you will be breathing which may bring up old memories, visions, sensations, tetany, pain, discomfort, tears, yelling or absolutely nothing. What is so beautiful about this practice is every session is different and every person is different.
Finding the comfort in the unknown is a powerful mantra for this process. Know that I will be with you the entire time, holding space and supporting you in any way you need to have the best experience possible.
